Women’s Group Strength Training (M/W/F @ 6pm)
Train in a small, supportive environment with like-minded women. These sessions are designed to help you get stronger, build confidence, and stay consistent—without the pressure of a packed gym.
Each session includes:
• Strength-based training with expert coaching
• Mobility, conditioning, and core work
• Coaching feedback and form correction
• Progress tracking + optional habit support
Choose your plan:
• 1x/week – $120/mo ($30/session)
Join us once per week on the day of your choice (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday)
• 2x/week – $200/mo ($25/session)
Stay consistent and make faster progress with two weekly sessions
• 3x/week – $240/mo ($22.50/session)
Full access to all three weekly sessions for the best results and rhythm
Spots are limited to 5–6 per session. Priority goes to full-access members.
